Due to the completely custom and permanent nature of every piece created at Cherished Rose Studio, I am unable to offer refunds once the process has begun. Each keepsake is made exclusively from your flowers and your memories — it cannot be remade, resold, or undone. This policy exists not to protect a business, but to reflect the irreplaceable nature of the work itself.

That said, I believe the best way to ensure you love your finished piece is to keep you involved every step of the way.

From the moment your flowers arrive to the moment your keepsake is complete, I will keep you updated with regular texts and photos throughout the creation process. Before moving from one significant stage to the next, I will reach out for your input and approval so that you always feel confident and informed about how your piece is coming together. You will never be left wondering — I will bring you along for the journey.

My goal is always to bring your vision to life. I will make every effort to create a piece that matches what you have dreamed of, and I welcome your input, your inspiration photos, and your ideas from the very beginning. At the same time, I will always be honest with you about what is and is not possible. Resin, dried flowers, and the nature of handcrafted art each come with their own beautiful limitations, and part of my job is guiding you toward a result that is not only meaningful but truly achievable. If something cannot be done, I will tell you — and I will always offer the best possible alternative.
